At Fresh Fields Hospitality Services, we offer a
unique and specialised hospitality service to the aged care
industry.
From our newly established facilities located in Carlisle, we
currently manage both the laundry and catering needs of the 12 Hall
& Prior homes within the Perth metropolitan area, as well as
supplying and fitting professional staff uniforms and operating a
bus for residents outings. Our highly skilled and experienced team
ensure that we consistently achieve our aim of providing excellent
service.
Catering
We understand the integral role that food plays in achieving
both good health and a high quality of life. This is why we are
passionate about providing residents in aged care with meals that
are not only balanced and tasty but offer a complete dining
experience. Our executive chef, sous chef and dietician ensure that
all residents enjoy a varied menu that delivers maximum nutrition

Linen
From our
central laundry, we provide all linen to each of our homes in the
Perth metropolitan area.
We also offer a complete laundry service to all residents,
including a labelling and mending service. Using a cold-water wash,
we ensure that the quality of residents' clothes is maintained.
This service has a fast turnaround, with clothes returned within 24
hours on most days of the week.
Bus
Our modern, safe and comfortable bus enables residents from our
Perth metropolitan homes to attend regular outings to locations
such as Kings Park and Fremantle. These activities not only create
interest and great social interaction, they ensure that residents
maintain connections with the Perth community.
