At Hall & Prior, we believe that quality care with choices
in accommodation, lifestyle and health should be accessible for
everyone, which is why only Clarence Estate in Albany charges an
accommodation bond. All our other homes do not.
The fees and basic benefit that will apply to you are set by the
Commonwealth
Department of Health and Ageing.
Fees will be determined by your care needs, your income and assets,
the service you choose and whether you have special circumstances.
When you meet with your local Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)
member, they can guide you through the process of asset
assessments, which are done by Centrelink or the Department of
Veteran Affairs.
We will provide you with a full outline of fees up front and are
happy to discuss costs with you. The Director of Nursing at each of
our homes can provide you with more
information on fees.
The next step is to apply for the home of your choice.
