At Hall & Prior, we understand that transitioning into aged care can be a challenging time for residents and their loved ones. Moving into an aged care home involves a lot of change, with new routines, new people and a new environment to adjust to. To support you during this time and to enable a smooth transition, our staff will take the time to discuss these changes with you.
Having someone to talk to who is
knowledgeable and compassionate can make all the difference. That's
why we will always take the time to listen and respond to any
questions or concerns that you may have. The Director of Nursing in
each of our
homes is very approachable and available to discuss the care of
your loved one with you.
