comes to your individual health and care needs, including your accommodation and lifestyle.
We understand the importance of choosing the right home for you and
know that this decision can take some time. Your choices will
reflect your individual needs and ensure that you receive the
services that matter to you.
Within our homes, you can choose to ask your
general practitioner (GP) to visit or access one of the GPs who
visit our homes regularly, as well as a GP locum (after hours)
service. For your specific health needs, we can also arrange allied health services for you.
Your choices matter to us, which is why we ensure that you and your
family are involved in all decision making when it comes to your
health and care.
