We
offer extensive activity programs designed by an occupational
therapist and a physiotherapist to cater to the needs of our
residents. Some activities promote movement and exercise while
others are an opportunity to socialise. Not only do these
activities provide entertainment, but they also allow residents to
remain active and maintain a balanced lifestyle and a range of
interests.
Some of these activities include:
- Bus trips to places of interest
- In house entertainment / concerts
- Movie mornings/nights
- A diverse range of cultural activities
- BBQs in the garden
- Individual or assisted reading
- Pamper days where ladies can have their hair done and receive
manicures and pedicures
- Cooking classes
- Gardening
- Coffee club and happy hour
- Exercise programs
- Individual therapy for residents who are unable to join in
group activities
- Specific religious activities, such as church services,
arranged to meet individual residents' needs
