Caroline Chisholm is a two-story federation building set in extensive landscaped grounds in Lane Cove. The home is surrounded by beautiful gardens and wide verandas where our residents enjoy spending time with their loved ones.

Our compassionate and dedicated care team ensure that every resident feels at home, and encourage everyone to stay active and independent as possible. There are always plenty of activities to enjoy, from bingo to barbecues, sing-alongs, Sunday services and tappy touch therapy. The home also has an active community of volunteers who provide regular company and entertainment to our residents.

Caroline Chisholm is a multicultural aged care home; we care for residents from a variety of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. To ensure that we provide as much support to our residents as possible, a translating and interpreting service is available as required.

At Caroline Chisholm, we believe that quality care with choices in accommodation, lifestyle and health services should be accessible for everyone, which is why we don't charge an accommodation bond.

In recognition of our exceptional standards of care and services, Caroline Chisholm is fully accredited by the Australian Government.
