St Lukes Aged Care Home is a beautiful, heritage-listed home that provides care for 32 residents in Subiaco. A small, family-orientated home with a warm, friendly atmosphere, St Lukes is like no other aged care home.
Our dedicated team values the identity, privacy and dignity of every residents, and ensure that every individual in our care feels safe, happy and at home. We also provide a unique activity program that provides opportunities for our residents to maintain their interests, stay active and socialise.
Centrally located and well serviced by public transport, St Lukes is accessible for both local and out of town visitors. Family and friends are always welcome to enjoy a visit in our beautiful gardens or lounge areas, or to take their loved one on an outing to explore the vibrant City of Subiaco. Kings Park and the bustling Rokeby Road cafe strip are both only a short stroll away, and offer a variety of options for outings.
At St Lukes, we believe that quality care with choices in accommodation, lifestyle and health services should be accessible for everyone, which is why we don't charge an accommodation bond.
