Fresh Fields Hospitality Services help canines in need

Hall & Prior Fresh Fields Hospitality Shenton Park dog rescue

Fresh Fields Hospitality Services Laundry Manager Peter Moana, Dog’s Refuge Home of WA representative Lindsay Thorns and Susi the dog.

Hall & Prior’s linen and catering division have pitched in to help Perth canines in need through a local shelter’s blanket appeal. Fresh Fields Hospitality Services jumped at the chance to help the Dog’s Refuge Home of WA by providing blankets to help keep the dogs warm during winter.

On Wednesday, Fresh Fields laundry manager Peter Moana delivered more than 100 blankets that aren’t able to be used in our homes any more. He met one of the refuge’s dogs, Susi, an eight-year-old kelpie-cross, who was surrendered last week after her owner passed away. Susi is currently available for adoption.

The refuge received a massive response from people across the state after they put the call out for more blankets on their Facebook page on Tuesday.
