COVID-19 Visitor Access Information for Our Homes in NSW and WA

The COVID-19 vaccine continues to be rolled-out to our residents in WA and NSW to help keep our homes COVID safe.

Our number one priority is and has always been keeping our residents and staff safe and well.

We thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we continue to navigate this pandemic.

Western Australia

From Saturday, 1 May, we are pleased to welcome visitors back into our Perth metropolitan homes.

In line with new WA Government advice, our residents can only have one visitor per resident per day. Exceptions can be made for compassionate reasons.

We encourage you to make an appointment to visit to avoid disappointment. All visitors will need to adhere to entry screening requirements, including a temperature check. Please do not visit if you are unwell or have visited any of the public exposure sites identified by the WA Government.

All staff and visitors will need to wear masks while in our homes in metropolitan Perth.

Staff and visitors to Clarence Estate in Albany who have been in the Perth/Peel regions since 17 April will also need to wear a mask while in the home.
