The Cai Hong (Rainbow) Chinese Dance group celebrated Chinese New Year and 2019 being the Year of the Pig at Concorde Aged Care Home this week spreading joy and good cheer.
The colourful dancers, who were dressed in traditional red Chinese costumes, interacted with the residents while dancing with fans, encouraging residents to get involved if they could.
There was also a martial arts display from Michael Ho of Chorus.
"We are here to spread the joy of Chinese New Year around the home," Michael said.
"The Year of the Pig is great for good fortune and prosperity and as red is the Chinese symbol of happiness, we are also spreading luck and happiness around Concorde today.
"We wish everyone a bright and beautiful 2019."
